In the presence of Honourable Dominic LeBlanc, Minister of Finance and Intergovernmental Affairs of Canada, Jorge Miranda, Director and Partner of 149MKM, a Canadian Firm, and Pablo B. Ricalde Alarcón, Chief Executive Officer of Mexican Hospital Consortium (CMH), formalized an agreement to implement 149MKM’s Horuz software across the Consortium’s member hospitals.

149MKM is a Canadian firm specialized in technology solutions and management systems focused on regulatory compliance, governance, and institutional oversight. 149MKM’s software “Horuz” enables real-time monitoring of certifications, licenses, and regulatory processes, streamlining audits through full traceability and centralized supervision.

The Mexican Hospital Consortium (CMH) brings together private hospitals across various regions of the country, with the purpose of strengthening quality standards, operational efficiency, and best practices within the healthcare sector.

The implementation of Horuz will allow member hospitals to enhance document control, mitigate regulatory risk, ensure continuous audit readiness, and operate under the highest quality standards.

This initiative underscores CMH’s commitment to governance and institutional excellence, while reinforcing an international partnership aimed at advancing the competitiveness of Mexico’s private healthcare sector through world-class technological solutions.
